CHINATOWN DREAMSCAPE
There's always a sense of nostalgia when you walk through the streets of any Chinatown. The neon lights, the distinct yellow signs, the Chinese characters above every shop, the smell of noodles and bbq pork, the rowdiness, the grunginess, the clamor, the vibrant colors .... everything has a vintage feel. It's as if you stepped foot in another world, another time.
In case you were wondering, this new hair color made me feel like the rebellious teenage female lead in an old film who runs away from her city and finds herself falling back in time to a Chinatown. Hence, a Chinatown Dreamscape.
I guess you can think of it as a modern day Alice in Wonderland but Vi in Chinatown.
